Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins and his partner Ellie Alderson have welcomed a baby boy.

The couple announced the birth of their child on social media on Tuesday (June 3).

Watkins, 28, shared a photo of himself holding his newborn son on Instagram, along with the caption: "Welcome to the world little man. We love you so much."

Alderson, also 28, shared the same photo on her Instagram account, along with the caption: "Our little miracle. We are so in love with you."

The couple have been together for several years and got engaged in 2021.

Watkins has been in excellent form for Aston Villa this season, scoring 11 goals in 24 Premier League appearances.

He was also part of the England squad that reached the semi-finals of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
