Chelsea 2-0 Real Madrid: Thomas Tuchel's side set up all-English Champions League final
Blues triumph over Real Madrid to face Manchester City in Istanbul on 29 May
Chelsea have reached the Champions League final after beating Real Madrid 2-0 (3-1 on aggregate) in the second leg of their semi-final at Stamford Bridge.
Timo Werner and Mason Mount scored the goals for Thomas Tuchel's side, who will now face Manchester City in the final in Istanbul on 29 May.
Chelsea were the better side throughout the match and deserved their victory over the 13-time European champions.
Tuchel's side made a confident start and took the lead in the 28th minute when Werner prodded home from close range after a cross from Christian Pulisic.
Real Madrid rarely threatened and Chelsea doubled their lead in the 85th minute when Mount scored a stunning goal from outside the box.
The victory was a major triumph for Tuchel, who has transformed Chelsea into one of the best teams in Europe since taking over as manager in January.
It was also a special night for Mount, who scored his first Champions League goal for the club.
Chelsea will now be confident of beating Manchester City in the final and winning their second Champions League title.
